In April, the cherry trees are covered with very delicate white flowers. It is an absolutely magical moment! The landscapes are magnificent, the blue sky, the bracing air! A real joy for walkers and hikers who discover vast fields covered with flowers at the bend of a path.
Luberon is a very large cherry producer. The most famous is the Napoleon cherry! It is a white cherry for confectionery… it perfumes our Provençal desserts… as well as the delicious cakes of our British friends!
